Pet Memo is a personal health and care companion for your pets. It gives you a dedicated space to track vet visits, log medications, store documents, monitor expenses, and set reminders — all organized by pet, all accessible whenever you need them.

One Profile for Every Pet
It starts with a profile. Name, species, breed, date of birth, weight, microchip number — everything that makes your pet uniquely yours.
You can also log medical background details like known allergies, chronic conditions, and blood type. The kind of information that’s critical in an emergency, and the kind that usually lives nowhere except your memory.
Got more than one pet? Each one gets their own complete profile. Your cats, dogs, rabbits — they’re all covered.
Every Vet Visit, Logged and Remembered
How many times have you been asked “when was the last time they had this done?” and had no idea?
With Pet Memo, every vet visit is logged with date, clinic, vet name, reason for visit, diagnosis, and notes. You build a full medical history over time, passively, just by recording things as they happen.
And because vet visits are at the center of everything, you can link prescriptions, receipts, and documents directly to the visit they came from. Everything stays connected.
Medicine Made Simple
Managing a pet’s medication can be surprisingly stressful — especially when there are multiple medicines, strict schedules, or you’re sharing care duties with a partner or family member.
Pet Memo lets you log each medicine with its dose, frequency, and start and end dates. Then, every time you administer it, you record it. You can add reaction notes too — useful when a vet asks “did they show any side effects?” and you actually have the answer.
Medicines can be linked to a vet visit, or tracked independently. Either way, the full history is always there.
Every Document, Safe and Searchable
Prescriptions. Lab results. Insurance documents. X-rays. Vaccination certificates.
These are important documents. They shouldn’t live in a shoebox or a WhatsApp chat.
With Pet Memo you can upload and store any file — PDF, image, Word document — and attach a label to it. You can link it to a specific vet visit, or keep it as a standalone document. And because images open directly in the app, you don’t need to download anything just to take a quick look at a prescription.
Everything is stored securely and tied to the right pet.
Know Where Every Dollar Goes
Vet bills add up. Food, grooming, medicines, check-ups — pet ownership is a real expense, and most people have no idea what they actually spend year over year.
Pet Memo tracks every expense with amount, category, and date. Categories cover vet visits, medicines, food, grooming, and more. You can link an expense directly to a vet visit or a medicine entry for full context.

Reminders That Actually Work

Pet Memo sends you email reminders for medicine schedules, upcoming vet appointments, and anything else you want to be notified about. Set the date and time, write a message, and Pet Memo takes care of the rest. If plans change, you can reschedule any reminder and it will fire again at the new time.
